Refund Policy

Purchases are sold and processed by Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record and issues the refund back to your original payment method. You can contact us and we will arrange it, or you can contact Dodo Payments directly using the details on your receipt.

We will refund your pass in full if:

• you were charged more than once for the same pass, or charged in error;
• the service was broken or unavailable for a substantial part of your pass window;
• your pass was not applied to your device after a successful payment and we could not fix it;
• you bought a pass by mistake and have not used it to generate any images.

Request within 14 daysof purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

A pass is a time-limited digital entitlement that is delivered immediately. We may decline a refund where a request is clearly abusive — for example repeatedly buying and reclaiming passes.

Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within a set period. By buying a pass and getting immediate access, you ask us to start supplying it right away. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.

Use the support button in the corner of any page on Trendish. Include the email address or receipt from your purchase so we can find the charge, and an address we can reply to. We aim to reply within two business days.

You can also contact Dodo Payments directly using the details on your receipt — as Merchant of Record they are the seller and can issue the refund themselves.
