Terms of Service

Trendish is operated from Israel. Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record. That means Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your purchase: it takes payment, is responsible for any sales tax, VAT or GST due on it, issues your invoice, and handles refunds and payment disputes. The seller details for your purchase appear on the invoice Dodo Payments issues you. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and are never seen by our servers.

Trendish is free to use, funded by ads and optional passes. A Pro pass is a time-limited digital entitlement:

• Flash pass — US$2.99, valid for 24 hours.
• Weekly pass — US$4.99, valid for 7 days.

A pass removes the watermark, removes ads, and lifts the free generation limit for its window. A pass never changes how your image is generated — the model and the generation settings are identical for free and paid users. Passes do not renew automatically; there is no subscription to cancel.

Access is granted immediately once payment is confirmed. Because the pass is time-limited, its window starts at purchase and runs continuously, including any time you are not using the app.

You may only upload a photo that you have the right to use, and that shows yourself or a person who has given you their permission. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and do not upload photos of anyone under 13.

You keep ownership of the photo you upload and of the imageTrendish generates from it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your photo and deliver your result, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your photos to train models and we do not sell them.

Generated images are produced by a machine-learning model and may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. They are stylised artwork, not a factual depiction of anyone.

You agree not to use Trendish to:

• impersonate anyone, or create a misleading image of a real person presented as genuine;
• create sexual, explicit, hateful, harassing or violent content, or content involving minors;
• upload a photo you do not have the right to use;
• break the law, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or violate anyone's privacy;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, watermarks, entitlements or rate limits, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or block access that breaches these rules or that threatens the stability or security of the service.

You must be at least 13 to use Trendish, and at least 18 (or old enough to make a valid purchase where you live) to buy a pass. If you are under 18, use Trendishonly with a parent or guardian's permission.

Trendishis provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, we do not count it against your free quota. If the service is unavailable for a substantial part of a paid pass window, contact us — see our Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Trendish is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for how you use the images you create, including where and how you publish them.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use Trendish after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
